Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design development of Residential and commercial architecture projects (e.g., office spaces, retail, mixed-use developments, etc.).
Develop conceptual designs, presentations, and client-ready proposals with attention to functionality, aesthetics, and sustainability.
Prepare and coordinate architectural drawings, specifications, and documentation.
Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants across all project phases.
Participate in client meetings, design reviews, and presentations.
Guide junior team members and oversee design detailing and quality control.
Support project execution with periodic site visits and coordination with site teams.
Ensure adherence to local codes, building regulations, and project timelines.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture.
5–6 years of relevant experience in architectural design, primarily in Residential & commercial projects.
Strong portfolio demonstrating design skills and project leadership.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign).
Working knowledge of Revit is a bonus (preferred but not mandatory).
Understanding of building systems, materials, and detailing.
Strong communication, team collaboration, and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of managing design coordination independently with minimal supervision.
