Key Responsibilities:

Develop photo-realistic 3D visualizations and renders for client presentations. Prepare detailed working drawings, GFCs, and technical documentation for site execution.

Collaborate with design leads and project managers to ensure accuracy and feasibility of designs.

Assist in modular furniture detailing and custom design development. Work on AutoCAD drawings for layouts, elevations, and sections.

Requirements:

Software Proficiency: AutoCAD, 3D visualization software (3ds Max/SketchUp/other industry-standard tools), Adobe Photoshop.

Strong expertise in execution-level drawings and detailing.

Ability to create high-quality, photo-realistic renders.

Solid understanding of materials, finishes, and interior execution processes. Excellent communication skills in Tamil and English.

Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
